GM India Thrashes Global Beliefs

General Motors,U.S. is working overtime to formulate policies to strip off its SUV manufacturing units.They are in talk with prospective customers for their Hummer Brand.They have shut down four truck manufacturing units in and around U.S, and looking for keeping slim.

GM India doesn't believe 'Big vehicles,Big lose' principle.Yesterday they announced the arrival of 'EPICA' a family car in India.GM India feels they are not equipped with suitable products to tap the family car market which ruled by Honda Accord,Toyota Camry etc. The car is already in UK markets and hold a price tag of 12-14lakhs.

GM India officials says that most successful Indian youth prefer to go for a family weekend trips,that's where GM Epica looking at.
